BRANDING AND ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCEA STUDY OF CHAMPION BREWERIES LTD.UYO, AKWA IBOM STATE.

Abstract
The study focused on branding and organizational performance of Champion Breweries Limited in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The study employed descriptive survey design. The population of this study was 580 with sample size of 400 staff select through simple random sampling technique. Four research objectives, four research questions and four research hypotheses were
formulated to guide the study. Branding and Organizational Performance Questionnaire (BOPQ) was used for collection of data. The data were presented in a table and the statistical tool used for this study was Regression analysis enabled by SPSS variable. It was found that there is a positive significant relationship between branding and organizational performance
in breweries industries. Based on the findings the researcher recommended among others that breweries firm should improve upon their branding activities while strengthening their brand awareness in order to improve organizational performance.
